Deposits
A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid at the beginning of the session. If you are booking a gaming session for a game I do not own, the price of the game is added to the deposit amount. This additional fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations
For in-person sessions, if a cancellation is made more than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be fully refunded. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited. For online sessions, deposits will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. I am open to rescheduling if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
